询盘隐私说明

提交询盘时，GCTEC（聚创（上海）流体科技有限公司）将接收您提供的姓名、微信号、WhatsApp 号码或邮箱、公司、产品及需求。请勿提交敏感个人信息或保密技术设计。

使用目的与存储

我们使用这些信息评估和回复您的需求。询盘存储于网站托管设施中，仅管理员可以访问。提交表单不代表订阅营销信息。

安全与服务提供商

本网站托管于新加坡阿里云服务器。我们使用临时的哈希网络标识限制重复提交。网站提供英文和中文页面，不加载外部自动翻译服务。

服务器请求汇总统计

我们按日期、页面或产品目录及粗粒度来源类别汇总成功的公开页面与 PDF 请求，并根据页面请求的网络地址生成带密钥的摘要，估算每日访客。密钥按北京时间每日随机更换，旧摘要在跨日后的下一次统计处理中清除。临时摘要仅保存在单独的私有缓存，不进入报表或日常备份。此功能不保存原始 IP、完整来源网址、查询字符串、浏览器标识或个人浏览历史，不增加浏览器追踪脚本或 Cookie，并排除 DNT 与全球隐私控制请求。共享网络可能合并访客，换网、缓存及未识别的自动化访问会影响估算；跨天或跨站相加不代表整个期间的独立人数。每日汇总最多保留 400 天，询盘数量另行根据已保存记录计算。两站分别保存计数，仅在管理员后台合并汇总数据。

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Google Ads measurement is a separate choice. Basic measurement records page visits, product interactions, PDF actions, WhatsApp clicks and successful inquiry counts. Advertising measurement may use cookies, technical connection data and Google click identifiers. Events use a random measurement identifier separate from the inquiry reference to prevent duplicate counting. Names, phone numbers, company details and inquiry messages are not sent to Google. Personalized advertising remains off.

Separate optional email matching

If you separately choose Allow email matching and also allow analytics or advertising measurement, the website normalizes and hashes the email address from a successfully received inquiry with SHA-256 in your browser. Only that hash is included as user-provided data on the corresponding Google Analytics form-success event and/or Google Ads successful-inquiry conversion, according to your measurement choices. Google may use the hash to match consented Google accounts and improve measurement and advertising attribution. A hash is still personal data; it is not anonymization. We do not send the plaintext email in these measurement events, use it as a User-ID, put it in page URLs or general event parameters, or create a separate browser email store. The original email remains in the inquiry record so we can respond to your request. Google processing and retention follow the applicable service settings and policies, including how Google uses data from partner sites.

Email matching is optional and separate from permission to contact you about an inquiry. Previous analytics or advertising permission is not treated as email-matching permission. Declining any measurement option does not prevent an inquiry. You can withdraw your choices through Measurement preferences on this privacy page. Refusal or withdrawal stops new matching events; earlier received inquiries are not uploaded retrospectively. Optional Google tags are not loaded when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Telephone, WhatsApp or WeChat contacts are not treated as email addresses for matching.

如需更正或删除询盘，请通过微信、WhatsApp 或邮箱联系 GCTEC并提供询盘编号及提交时使用的联系方式。管理员可从网站中删除询盘记录。

本说明适用于当前询盘表单。如新增统计、广告或外部服务，启用前需更新本说明。
